Terms of purchase:
The owner of the translaine.ee online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ TRANSLAINE CARBUILDING (registry code 12887862), located at Tänassilma tee 67, Tänassilma, 76406 Harju County, tel. +372 565 5500, info@translaine.ee.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
These terms of purchase apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed alongside the products. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros. Product information is provided in the Online Store directly alongside each product. Instructions for use accompany the goods, and the warranty applies only to goods purchased from the Online Store or ordered through OÜ TRANSLAINE CARBUILDING.
If courier delivery is desired for receiving the order, the Customer may also collect the goods in person from Tänassilma tee 67, Tänassilma, 76406 Harju County by selecting “Collect in person (Tänassilma tee 67, Tänassilma, 76406 Harju County)” as the delivery method at checkout – collection in person is free of charge.
Placing an order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, complete the required fields and select a suitable method of receiving the products. The amount payable will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
By bank transfer. Transfer the payment to our bank account (after you click the “PLACE ORDER” button, we will send you an invoice with the order number and our bank details). Please include the order number in the payment reference. Your order will not be dispatched until the money has reached our account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded without delay, but no later than 7 business days after the notification is sent.
If you would like an invoice issued to a company, please indicate this and enter the company details in the Additional Information section of the order.
Delivery
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:
Collection in person: you can collect your order from the OÜ TRANSLAINE CARBUILDING premises at Tänassilma tee 67, Tänassilma, 76406 Harju County, during the opening hours of OÜ TRANSLAINE CARBUILDING and by prior arrangement.
RETURN TERMS AND COMPLAINTS
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (including food and beverages). If the goods clearly do not meet the agreed conditions or are defective, the Seller must be notified immediately by sending a complaint with photographs to info@translaine.ee. If an error on the part of the company can be established, we will, at the customer’s request, exchange the goods for an equivalent product or refund the amount paid for the goods.
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity with the contractual terms or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of handover. If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within 24 hours at the latest by emailing info@translaine.ee.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer the amount paid for the defective goods.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order before its dispatch date and receive a refund within 5 business days. Orders can only be cancelled on business days and no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the delivery date, by calling +372 565 5500 or emailing info@translaine.ee. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal customer data obtained when placing orders and making purchases in the online store is treated as confidential information. OÜ TRANSLAINE CARBUILDING does not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the customer’s permission. The customer’s personal data is used to deliver the ordered products.
